Meet Michael Chernow

Michael Chernow, the Founder of Kreatures Of Habit is an Entrepreneur, Father, Husband, Chef and Athlete, has worked in the food world for 30 years, from restaurants to Products. Michael’s deep passion for wellness, through nutrition and movement, is what he believes brings happiness to humans. After years of battling addiction, Michael found recovery, and that is when he learned that what we put into our bodies will determine how we feel. After opening a dozen restaurants in NYC, he decided to pivot his career to share his passions and learnings with as many people as possible, this is why and how Kreatures of Habit was born.
